Due to the COVID-19 situation, effective March 19th, we transitioned to a fully-remote workplace. Despite the closure of our physical office, operations have been continuous and we anticipate them to continue uninterrupted.
Communications: Every attorney and staff member is remotely connected to our firm’s network and phone system. Calls, emails, and faxes will be received just as if the employee were working in the office. Mail sent to our office will continue to be processed on a regular basis.
Virtual Meetings: Currently, we are conducting all meetings by telephone rather than in person. Our virtual phone system is capable of handling conference calls with up to 1,000 attendees.
Court Hearings: By order of the Supreme Court, some court hearings will be postponed, and the remainder will be held via teleconferencing or videoconferencing. We will notify you of changes to your case.
Document Signing: If a document requires your signature, we can send it to you via DocuSign for your electronic signature. If you prefer, we can also send documents via regular mail or email.
Please be safe and stay healthy.
