
Daniel L. Overbey

Daniel is a partner practicing in the areas of divorce, family law and asbestos & mesothelioma litigation. Prior to attending law school, Daniel served for 13 years as a Police Sergeant with the Daytona Beach Police Department. After law school, Daniel was employed with a large Chicago law firm until moving to Wisconsin in 2004. He and his wife live just north of Minocqua in the Town of Arbor Vitae. Daniel commutes to our Wausau office most days, but works from Minocqua at least one day per week, and is available to meet with clients in Minocqua. In addition to a large Marathon County caseload, Daniel routinely handles cases in Oneida, Vilas and Lincoln Counties.

- Represented hospital in commercial fraud case resulting in $1.2 million judgment
- Successful prosecution and defense of residential construction defect claims
